DEALER VHC · BUSINESS TERMS

Subscription terms.

1. Your subscription

The subscribing business receives access to the Dealer VHC features shown for its selected plan. Prices and billing intervals are displayed before Stripe Checkout. Stripe securely processes payment and provides the invoice.

2. Free trials

Eligible businesses can try Dealer VHC for 30 days without choosing a package, providing card details or committing to a subscription. New dealership trials start on registration. Eligible existing businesses can start a trial in Plans & billing. One trial is available per business; changing users or packages does not restart it.

No payment is taken automatically at the end. The business may then choose a package and explicitly confirm a paid subscription. If it does not subscribe, starting new VHCs is paused; existing jobs, reports and archives remain available. No cancellation notice is required for the free trial and no refund is due because no subscription fee has been paid. Existing Stripe trials retain their agreed end date and terms.

3. Monthly subscriptions

A monthly subscription may be cancelled at any time. Renewal is stopped and access continues until the end of the paid monthly period. Fees for a partly used monthly period are not refunded.

4. Annual subscriptions and 30-day notice

A paid annual subscription requires 30 calendar days' notice. Service continues during the notice period. If fewer than 30 days remain in the annual term, the subscription ends at the existing renewal date and does not renew.

When the notice period ends, Dealer VHC refunds the prepaid fee attributable to each complete unused day between the effective cancellation date and the end of the current annual term. The calculation uses the amount actually paid after discounts, divided by the number of days in that annual billing period, and is rounded to the nearest penny. No refund is due for the notice period or for service already supplied.

An eligible refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside Dealer VHC's control.

5. How to cancel

A business administrator must submit the cancellation from Plans & billing inside its Dealer VHC workspace. The confirmation shown there records the notice date, effective date and any calculated annual refund. Cancelling a card or removing a payment method does not by itself cancel the subscription.

6. Business responsibility

The business is responsible for its authorised users, lawful use of the service and keeping its billing and contact information accurate. These subscription terms form part of the agreement accepted by the administrator who starts Checkout on behalf of the business.
